RETURN POLICY

StalkerMadBikes.com Return Policy

We will gladly accept returns on all purchases made on our website which are in original, salable condition within 60 days of purchase date; unworn with tags attached and for footwear with the original box in new condition. Undergarments and face Gaiters cannot be returned.

We provide a flat rate shipping label for your return or exchange. For returns, the flat rate of $6 will be deducted from your final refunded amount. When we receive your returned item(s) we will process your store credit, exchange, or refund. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement. Returns are generally processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.

How to Send Us Your Return

Please email us at stalker.madbike@gmail.com to initiate your return. Provide your Full Name and Order Number. Once initiated, a return shipping label will be provided to you on both the confirmation page as well as in a confirmation email, sent to the email address used at checkout. 

What If I Don’t Have My Order Number?

If you don’t have your order number, this information can also be obtained by contacting us by email at stalker.madbike@gmail.com. Additionally, your order number can be found in the subject line of your order confirmation email as well as your shipping confirmation email.

 When Will I Get Credit for My Return?

Received returns are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days of receipt. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement. 

Exchanges

Initiate your exchange by emailing stalker.madbike@gmail.com. Once we have received your return item we will ship the new item. Once your return item(s) are received it generally takes 5 to 7 business days to process the exchange order.

If your requested exchange item is not available at time of processing, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We work hard to ensure our gear is in excellent condition before it ships. However, if for any reason an item that was purchased from stalkermadbikes.com is damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to report it.
